You tell us about your retreat idea — your audience, group size, your theme, and your ideal setting (take a look at our gallery of carefully selected venues).
We bring together a retreat project for you - we match you with the perfect venue and secure the booking for you (we handle all the comms). Then we help shape your itinerary, meals, and logistics.
We set up your unique retreat hub page on our platform - this portal becomes your dedicated digital retreat space, a place where you and your guests do everything they need to do before, during and after the retreat.
We manage everything - bookings, payments, pre-retreat updates, waivers and disclaimers, and all guest communications through our integrated system, so you don’t have to.
We co-host your retreat — In most cases, we actually go with you to the retreat venue and handle everything behind the scenes while you lead. And by "everything" we mean "everything."

You'll see that they're all authentic, atmospheric, and rooted in nature — from forest hamlets in Transylvania to villas in Cyprus, from gracious Scottish manor houses to desert lodges in Jordan (these places really get you unplugged!)
They’re not generic hotels or corporate centres — they’re places with soul, where connection happens naturally. Long tables. Open fires. Suddenly appearing batches of muffins. We've purposely stayed away from the beaten track and have (after rather a lot of searching) gathered a selection of places with soul (most places we see don't have it).
How do we know? We've been to each location and stayed there ourselves. We've visited them, slept in the beds, sat at the tables, sat by the fires. They're tested and handpicked by us so we're sure they will help you and your guests actually unplug. And actually connect.

And we understand that most coaches and trainers - while they might excel at what they do at home - are unsure how to package all of that passion, knowledge and experience and turn it into a 3- or 5- day retreat.
We’ll help you craft a flow that balances depth, rest, and connection — so your participants leave transformed and nourished.

We specialize in small groups — typically 6 to 12 participants.
We think that’s the sweet spot for intimacy, conversation, and meaningful human connection and we find that smaller retreats tend to have the greatest impact.
Larger groups can be arranged, though, so talk to us about that, if you think you'd have a larger group.
We knew you'd ask this one! And rightly so. Because it does all come down to what works, financially.
As you can imagine, costs vary depending on venue, season, and group size, but here’s the basic structure:
Venue and meals are charged at cost. We secure the bookings for you and handle payment. We make sure the local produce and beverages are delivered and paid for. But we just pass that cost on to you at cost.
Our hosting and management fee covers the on-site logistics, co-hosting, and coordination.
You set your own participant pricing — and we’ll help you calculate margins so it’s profitable for you (and retreats really can be a great additional income stream).

Once your retreat is set up and your digital retreat space is live on our platform, you’ll receive a personalized booking link.
You can be creative with this.

Once we give you that link, your guests simply head over to that to register and pay securely through our platform, and we handle all confirmations, dietary notes, and follow-up communications from that point on.
You'll be able to log in and monitor what's going on, if you like. But you don't have to do anything.
You simply get regular updates — and can focus on your guests instead of spreadsheets.

(Added cool thing: we actually video-document the whole exploration journey when we set out looking for new venues. And that's something you can engage your future guests with, later. It really builds connection with your retreat venue, if they've been - albeit as armchair travellers - "along for the ride" in selecting the venue).
